工作职责:RESPONSIBILITIES

· Logistics transportation

- 领导、促进团队完成日常工作,确保供应稳定(包括国内外运输及清关)。

- Lead and motivate team in their daily tasks and ensure the stable supply(including international / domestic transportation and clearance)

- 监控物流运输的准时率;了解及汇报海关各项政策及其变动情况;预测、降低和控制国际物流风险;对物流运输、仓储等方面进行成本优化,达成部门目标。

- Monitor transportation punctual rate; Keep up to speed and feedback customs policy and tendencies; predicated, reduce and control the risk of international logistics; Optimize the cost of logistics transportation and storage, meet the department’s target.

- 确保所有运输(包括新品)符合当地政府法规及相应的全球贸易规则和税率。

- Ensures all shipments (including new products) fully comply with all applicable local government and global trade regulations and duties.

· Warehouse management

- 确保仓库正常运营,监控仓库日常运作,协助异常处理。

- Ensure the daily operation and monitor the process, and assist to deal with exceptional event.

- 确保系统与实物的收货、存储和发放相一致,库存准确率和材料追溯性保持100%;负责月度、季度和年度的库存盘点;每月对库存和呆滞物料进行汇总和分析,组织相关部门评审并制定改进控制措施。

- Make sure to receive、storage and issue the material is completely consistent between system and physical, inventory accuracy and material traceability keeps 100%; Responsible for stock counting monthly, quarterly, yearly; Monthly summary and analysis inventory, slow-moving stock, organize related department to review and define improvement actions.

- 协调质量部对第三方仓库的货物分装净室的日常操作进行监管,确保分装货物的质量及安全性。

- Collaborative Quality team supervise the daily operation of third-party warehouse packing room, to ensure the quality and safety of goods packaging.

- 建立并维护仓库流程/步骤/规定等,对成本/质量/服务等做定期回顾及评估,建立合适的方法监控流程的执行。

- Set up and maintain documentation of warehouse processes, procedures and policies. Conduct regular reviews of these and assess opportunities for improvements in cost, quality and service. Establish measurements to monitor proper execution of these processes, procedures and policies.

- 建立并追踪仓库的相应管理指标,包括月度KPI等。

- Develop and track key metrics related to the performance of the warehouse,including KPI

- 负责月度费用核对,并安排付款。

- Be responsible for the monthly cost checking with the warehouse, and arrange the payment.

· 3PL management

- 建立一个安全和成本效益的物流平台,负责第三方承运商的开发/维护工作,完成物流合同签订。

- Bulid a secure & cost-efficient logistic platform, and be responsible for the development and maintain of the 3PL party vendors (Forwarder, Customs Broker, Transportation Company, Shipping line, Trade agent, warehouse etc) .

- 与供应商/第三方物流合作伙伴/分销商的后续合同

- Negotiates contracts with suppliers and third party providers for warehousing, distribution and transportation.

- 按公司要求管理第三方供应商,设定考核机制,并确保供应商提供高效的服务及有竞争力的价格,按年度考核。

- Manage the 3PL party vendor to follow the company’s requirement and Set up a measurement system to measure and record the 3rd party logistics provider performance, ensure the vendors providing high performance Versus competitive price, and conduct supplier assessment and evaluation annually.

- 与供应商一起寻找提高物流效率的方案。

- Work with selected vendors to find an efficient economical process for inbound logistics operation.

· Efficiency and cost

- 确保所有的标准操作流程、安全政策和公司目标贯穿到日常工作。

- make sure all standard operation procedure, safety policy & company targets through into daily working(including internal team/warehouse / 3PL)

- 主动持续优化SOP,与团队成员内部沟通SOP,外部与第三方合作伙伴,确保流程100%执行。

- Self-initiate the continuous improvement on the SOP. Communicate the SOP internally with team members, externally with 3PL partners. and ensure 100% implementation of Supply Chain process as well.

- 协助实现供应链全数字化进程:参与为供应商和客户优化ERP实施和云门户,跟踪QV软件的准确性

- Assist the digitalization of the whole supply chain process: involvement in the optimization of ERP implementation and cloud portals for vendors & customers, follow accuracy of QV software

- 与采购团队沟通,在满足按时到货的前提下,采用最优化的运输方式,平衡物流成本。

- Decide best shipment method to balance the need for on-time shipment while achieving lowest possible transportation costs, and align with purchasing team.

- 与共同的采购物流团队持续优化运输成本。

- Continuously improve the cost of shipments by collaborating with Corporate Procurement and Transportation

- 持续优化及完善流程/工作方法/团队管理,鼓励有效沟通。

- Effectively lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement in processes, work rules, teamwork, etc. Effectively communicate changes and improvement throughout the organization.

· Customer Services

- 全盘管理与客服有关的流程,确保通过沟通与方法执行客服流程。作为公司窗口提供服务。

- Overall manage and control CS process. Ensure the process implementation through communication and measurement. Be the consultant and unique window of the company to provide service.

- 确保按客户需求,按时执行发货订单.

- Ensure delivery orders in accordance with customer requirements, make sure the order be shipped on time.

- 解决与产品、服务提供商和客户有关的问题

- Troubleshoot problems related to product, service providers and customer.

· Team building and other requirement.

- 管理日常及月度KPI 及其他报表,并利用报表持续改进.

- Manage daily and monthly KPI and other reports timely, manner and identify area for improvement

- 负责物流费用预算、月度和年度培训、团队建设。

- Responsible for logistics cost budget and monthly/yearly training, team building.

任职要求:

1、学历要求:大专以上学历,物流管理类/贸易类相关专业优先考虑;

2、经验行业背景:至少有3年以上仓库现场管理经验或者物流管理经验;

3、素质技能:有团队管理技巧,高效的物流与仓储工作执行力和现场管理能力,具备国际贸易知识。

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神,善于协调部门间的工作,主动性高,责任心强;

5、办公地点不定,需要定期在仓库办公。
